On September 10th, 2009, various teachers from Kenedy Elementary received training on School Bullying.  Leo Oliver, C.E.A.P Counselor, gave a lively presentaiton to staff during the two day training.  Leo Oliver is new to Kenedy Elementary and was welcomed with open arms.  C.E.A.P. (Counseling Enhances Academic Performance) is a Karnes County grant directed by Jim Tom Nichols.
